Aubrey Plaza

Aubrey Plaza, born on June 26, 1984, is a stand-up comedian and actor recognized for her dry funny sense of humor. Her character is April Ludgate on Parks and Recreation. The first web-based series she appeared on was called The Jeannie Tate Show following the time she did improv and sketch and slapstick comedy at Upright Citizens Brigade Theater Plaza. She later appeared in Judd Apatow Funny People, Scott Pilgrim and The World. Today, let's honor Aubrey Christina Plaza's birthday. Aubrey Christina Plaza is the daughter Bernadette Plaza of an attorney, and David Plaza of a financial expert. Her birthplace was in Wilmington, Delaware. Their father was Puerto Rican while her mother is Irish as well as English. Plaza attended the Catholic girls' high school from 2002 until 2006 and after that, in 2006, the Tisch School of the Arts in New York University. When she was in her senior year at High School, she served as the president of the Student Council at her all-girls Catholic school as well as a participant in Wilmington Drama League performances. Plaza suffered from paralysis for some time in 2004 after a stroke. Since then, she has completely recovering. Plaza has been performing improv sketch comedy and many of different forms at Upright Citizens Brigade Theater New York City in 2004. In New York City she's performed at The Improv and the Laugh Factory. Plaza was seen as Robin Gibney on E.S.P.N. 's Mayne Street and The Jeannie Tate Show as Robin Gibney as well as the first episode Terrible Decisions with Ben Schwartz. In the same year, she played Aaron Burr In Drunk History and Cat Adams in Season 11 of the C.B.S. the television show Criminal Minds. The actress made her triumphant return to the role in the 12th season of Criminal Minds. In the following year it was revealed that Plaza was to be a part of the independent comedy An Evening with Beverly Luff Linn.
